Gestión de Cuentas por Pagar.
Revisar, procesar y conciliar facturas de proveedores de la entidad americana, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos de pago y políticas internas.
Gestión de Cuentas por Cobrar.
Monitorear, registrar y cobrar saldos pendientes de clientes, asegurando una correcta contabilización y reducción de morosidad.
Administración de Gastos de Viaje.
Revisar, aprobar y conciliar informes de gastos de viaje a través de la plataforma Concur, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas.
Conciliaciones Financieras.
Realizar conciliaciones periódicas de las cuentas, garantizando la precisión y consistencia de la información contable.
Generación de Reportes Financieros.
Elaborar informes financieros periódicos relacionados con CxP, CxC y gastos de viaje, proporcionando análisis que soporten la toma de decisiones financieras.
