YOUR MISSION We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Automation Analyst to join our team.
You will play a critical role in driving the successful execution and continuous improvement of the financial technology landscape.  Whether you have formal experience or are self-taught and eager to grow, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on learning new tools, solving complex problems, and applying cutting-edge technologies to drive real business impact.
THE JOURNEY Analyze and document existing finance processes, identifying areas for automation and improvement.
Design and implement automated finance workflows using the best solution available.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring they meet key performance indicators.
Stay updated on emerging finance automation trends and recommend tools and technologies to enhance the team’s capabilities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Education or Passion.
A background in technology, finance, or a related field—or the drive and passion to immerse yourself in it.
Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate, Make, UI Path, Action Flows in Celonis, or Google Cloud Platforms AI products.
Strong foundational knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Bonus.
Intermediate programming or scripting skills (e.
., Python, VBA).
Basic understanding of core finance processes (e.
., accounting, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay) and their technological enablement—or a strong desire to learn.
A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach.
