Based in Leganés, Thales Sistemas employs a highly specialized workforce of more than 100 people, most of them engineers that participate in the following activities.
Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support Command function and Decision Making.
Embedded electronics for military aircraft Tactical Communications Radio Navigation Aids for air traffic As part of the Finance team, you will participate providing multifunctional support in the financial area (accounting, treasury, controlling and reporting) guaranteeing the reliability of the information and the timely fulfilment of the different external and internal requirements.
As a Finance intern, you will.
Monthly reconciliations of off-balance sheet items with accounting.
Identification of deviations and proposal of corrective measures.
Accounts receivable/payable management.
follow-up of invoices and receipts.
Preparation of periodic reports to report to management.
Audit support.
Review of invoice dumps to SII.
Completion of surveys and questionnaires for various public entities.
Support in daily treasury operations.
Competences.
Technical/functional skills.
Degree in Business Administration and Management.
solid accounting knowledge Office skills.
good command of Excel High level of English (at least B2 level) Other (advantage).
Knowledge of ERP functionalities Taxation Behavioural skills.
