Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Finance IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance and technology, ensuring the seamless integration of financial systems with IT solutions. You will be responsible for supporting the finance department in leveraging technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the finance team to understand their needs and develop IT solutions that enhance financial processes.
Manage and maintain financial software systems, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.
Implement and support financial applications, including ERP systems, accounting software, and budgeting tools.
Analyze financial data and create reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
Provide training and support to finance staff on new technologies and financial systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to finance applications and databases.
Work with IT teams to ensure data security and integrity of financial information.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in finance and IT integration.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Finance IT Specialist, or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other data analysis tools.
Familiarity with automation tools and cloud-based financial software.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Domo, HubSpot etc).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Fluency in English and Spanish
Proficiency in Python with a working knowledge of JavaScript (preferred but not required)
