JOB OVERVIEWYou will work closely with the Corporate Areas in the cooperation, coordination and communication of all the financial information related to the areas, ensuring that financial insights, analysis, and strategies are effectively integrated into business operations, aiding in decision-making and driving financial performance. The Finance Project Expert will support the Finance (Management Control) team, ensuring the successful execution of financial projects and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of financial management.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPROJECT MANAGEMENTProject Management: Lead and manage financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Amongst them:Zero based budget“Closing and reporting 2.0” project, aimed to set and document processes, identify and pursue efficiencies (shortening days) while ensuring its deployment and monitoring its performance.RACI matrix assessment for Global and local Finance processes.Coordination and liaison between Finance and IT departments for the SAP S/4 implementationFinancial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.Presentations: provide support with presentations for different Committees and other stakeholders, coordinating and monitoring both contents and layouts, ensuring communication alignment between areas.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Process Improvement: Continuously seek and lead opportunities to improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, with impact across the organisation. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication, starting with its peers and all finance functions.CORPORATE CONTROLLERWork closely, monitor and support the Corporate areas, providing them with economic and financial guidance, operational support and analysis.Collaborate in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the Corporate areas.Produce reports that track the financial performance of the business and provide insights that link financial results to business strategies.Provide detailed financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decision-making, based on data analysis.Provide ad-hoc economic and financial analysis based on Corporate area management needs.Collaborate with the department leaders to help them in obtaining the relevant information to implement their plans (functional).Identify deviations, financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to address them.Participate in initiatives to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency across the organization.Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement within the Corporate Areas.Support Corporate areas in developing and implementing cost management strategies.Generate innovative solutions for the Corporate areas.Validate and support Corporate areas in the validation of the financial hypothesis / assumptions for specific project Business plans. ​Support the Strategic Business Plan team with the information and input needed for the elaboration of the long-term Business Plan. Accompany the Strategy team to the functional areas if necessary.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducationBachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Telecommunications Degree with financial background.Relevant Experience:At least 4-5 years of experience in a Big Four plus additional extensive experience (4-5 years more) in finance, with a significant portion in leading projects or involved in FP&A roles.
