The best way to grow as a company is to help you grow as a person, hence the availability of learning and development opportunities.Meet you future departmentSupply Chain Finance Team, integrated within the Finance team to work closely with all the Supply Chain departments on the site, from manufacturing to quality, planning, procurement, engineering, people or R&D.How can you help us?Providing insights and promoting continuous improvement to generate the best information and recommendations to enhance the production site productivity and competitiveness.Your main responsibilities• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare periodical forecasts and budgets, closely monitoring the month-to-month performance of the P&L (Profit & Loss statement).• Costing Methods Improvement: Enhance and maintain costing methods to ensure accurate product pricing for internal companies within the Group.• Cost Simulations and Business Case Analysis: Participate in generating cost simulations and performing business case analysis for the launch, reformulation of new products, and investment or disinvestment projects.• Financial Performance Monitoring: Track key financial indicators to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement in supply chain and production processes.• Cost Variance Analysis: Analyze and report variances between budgeted and actual costs, investigating significant deviations and proposing corrective actions.• Collaboration with Supply Chain Teams: Work closely with supply chain teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and quality, to ensure the financial impact of decisions is properly evaluated.• Investment Planning: Support investment planning and analysis, ensuring proper allocation of financial resources and return on investment assessments.• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, providing insights into cost trends, profitability, and efficiency improvements.Skills and CompetenciesAcademic Background• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / ADE• Previous experience in Pricing (Industrial costs modelling, ABC Costing, multi-scenario alternative evaluation, etc.) / Budgeting (quarterly and yearly budgeting)/ Sales&Cost Control• Knowledge of SAP R/3-HANA FICO/MM modules will be positively valued• English: advanced levelCompetences:• High communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness• Capacity for planning and organization• Strong analytical skills• Proactivity• PowerBI user. Advanced user (DAX, programming) is a plus• Mastery of computer tools such as Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables are a must, VB is a plus) or PowerPoint• Python or other computational languages are a plusWhat do we offer you?(Confidentiality is assured)We offer a position where you can develop professionally.
