Our portfolio services include engagements such operating models design, global transformation programs management, process reengineering and digitalization, enterprise performance management models definition… You will work closely with our clients from the envisioning and conceptualization of target models and solutions to their actual implementation, getting exposure to the end-to-end project cycle and contributing to their effective business transformation through different levers: processes, organization, technology, governance and management models…Your roleAs Senior Consultant, you will…Lead the definition and execution of project analysis, establishing conclusions.Coordinate and lead work and follow-up meetings with clients within the scope of the project.Lead the elaboration and present project deliverables, ensuring the quality and timeliness in the handover.Supervise junior associates, assigning project tasks and guiding them in the analysis and preparation of deliverables, ensuring they meet the project plan and quality standards.Support with project management in terms of managing work plan, deadlines and resources, as well as identifying issues and risks and proposing solutions.Participate in the development of new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.Consolidate, transmit and put into practice the knowledge acquired in project engagements.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.At least 3 years of experience in management consulting (strategy & operations). Client-side experience in strategy, organization, project management and finance functions are valuable.Knowledge of market leading IT solutions (SAP, Anaplan, Workiva, Servicenow…) and cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI/ML, IPA/RPA, iBPM, Process Mining…) are highly desirable.Fluent in English and Spanish, with international exposure. Other languages are a plus.What we expectSound knowledge of finance and back-office business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report,…).Deep understanding of finance concepts and business performance metrics, and their impact in the Financial Statements.Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate complex ideas and issues to different interlocutors.A quality-driven professional, with accuracy and attention to detail.Client and results orientation.A proactive, autonomous and committed contributor.A team player.
