FINANCE SUPERVISOR FOR TRACKER BUSINESS

TrinaTracker is Trina Solar division devoted to the design, manufacture, and supply of trackers.About the Role - We are seeking a Tracker Finance Supervisor to join our team at our Madrid office, supporting our business and projects.Responsibilities -Operational Expense Management: Oversee and manage operational expenses, including annual budget planning, quarterly target setting, and rolling forecasts.Cost Control and Margin Analysis: Monitor and control factory costs to ensure efficiency and alignment with budgetary goals. Conduct project-level Contribution Margin (CM%) analysis to evaluate profitability and identify improvement opportunities.Audit and Compliance: Provide support during local audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Contract and Procurement Oversight: Review and assess purchase contracts related to material procurement and logistics to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with company policies.Finance Coordination: Act as a liaison with headquarters for all finance-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake other finance and operations-related tasks as required to support the organization's objectives. Qualifications -Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Required Skills -Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analysis Accountant in a multinational company.Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, preparing detailed financial analyses, and performing reconciliations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Lookups) and other MS Office tools.
