For COSCO SHIPPING Lines in Barcelona, Spain, we are currently looking for a Finance Support (m/f/d) to assist in our financial department.Your tasks as a finance support (m/f/d):Processing and posting invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure prompt payment from customersReconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues to maintain accurate financial recordsMonitoring accounts receivable aging reports and following up with customers on overdue payments Assisting with cash application by applying payments to the correct customer accounts and resolving any payment discrepanciesGenerating and analyzing financial reports related to accounts receivable, such as aging reports, cash flow projections, and collection forecastsKey Qualifications:Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and reconciling accounts to maintain precise financial recordsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely collection of paymentsKnowledge of basic accounting principles and understanding of accounts receivable processes to perform duties effectively and contribute to the financial health of the organizationIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A., we invite you to apply today.
