And don’t forget about our free lunches :)Work with us—boost your skills!About the role:This role involves overseeing financial statement preparation, audits, consolidated reporting, payroll, taxes, cash flow planning, cost optimization, and supporting cross-departmental processes while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and proceduresEssential Job ResponsibilitiesControl of financial statements preparation in accordance with IFRS (BS, PL) Management of external and internal auditsPreparation of consolidated financial statements for Holding companySupervise external consultants for payroll preparation, taxes, paymentsConduct on a regular basis bank reconciliationsParticipating in cash flow planningManage intragroup paymentsParticipate and control of budget and forecast reports Evaluate and manage financial risksControl and optimize costs, TAX planningSupport in creation and monitoring of compliance with accounting procedures and policies.Participation in the implementation of IT systemInteract and support other departments, such as: treasury, FP&A, legal, tax, internal control, procurement, among others in multidisciplinary processes and projects.Required Hard Skills and EducationLanguages: fluency in English is obligatory, fluency in Russian could be a plusAt least 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Reporting Specialist or similar role Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similarACCA, CIMA, CFA or any other qualification (might be in progress)Experience in preparation of financial statements and general ledgersExperience in working with external auditors and consultants Experience in working in different jurisdictions will be a plusStrong knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresSoftware: accounting programs, MS Office, Google Sheets.Required Soft SkillsAdaptability to fast-paced environmentCommunication skillsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerAttention to detailsWhat do we offer:Benefits and conditions:From your first day:Competitive salary based on experience and skillsHealthy lunches from our catering partners (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available).Daily fresh fruits, healthy snacks and a full stocked kitchen.No dress code policyFree Parking Space for your carFlexible Working Schedule (you don’t have to be worried about running 5 minutes late)100% Covered 30 days/year of sick daysCareer development upon business needsTeam buildings and two corporate parties a year!23 Paid Vacation Business DaysAfter a probation period:Private health insuranceCoverage for up to 50% of your language classes, sports membership, and mental health support.
