You will be part of the Research & Development team.¿What would be your mission within this role? As a Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for the Development of embedded firmware OS according to standards and customer specifications. Participation (when necessary) in the standardization committees of the industry: GSMA, ETSI, 3GPP, Global Platform.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Analysis and design of features for security embedded systems.Implementation of firmware code for security embedded systems.Firmware maintenance and development support.Testing of firmware code for embedded systems to validate the developed features.Analysis of issues on released products.Provide (if applicable) an adequate interface in the standardization committees of the industry. Authority:Make design and development decisions of the different functionalities of the embedded firmware OS in alignment with Technical Lead.Required knowledge:Competent level in programming language C (embedded).Competent technical skills in cryptography.Competent level in programming language JAVA.Experience with embedded HW and SW systems.Familiarity with agile methodologies.If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, computing Engineering, software, Telecommunications or related field.3+ years of previous and proven experience as a Firmware Engineering or similar role.
