FIXED ACCESS DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER

Ensure an overarching view on all technical guidelines related to Fixed Access Deployment Processes like copper deployments, upgrading and operating of Fiber and copper networks.
Drive continuous improvement on standard procedures/processes applied with the division and owns the processes of incumbent’s provided services.
Accountable for the update of Network inventory.
• Communicate with incumbent to provide all required services for the deployment and operation of copper network • Update the network Inventory regularly, and provide all changes needed for smooth customer services • Define network deployment standards procedures and processes • Drive optimization of “cost model” and rollout efficiency by ensuring optimal partner & contract setup and providing best in class guidelines on technical process • H&S, Vendor Mgmt & Infr.
Guidelines-Monitor Health & Safety to ensure the right application for the country contract control.
• Drive continous improvement on guidelines and standard procedures/processes applied with network deployment and design team.
• Manage tactical and operational planning, ensuring demand alignment with roll out plans.
Drive and manage demand forecast based on roll-out plan update.
Who you are • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering • English language (Fluent oral and written) • A previous experience in Fixed Access Networks • In-depth knowledge of Copper and Fiber Optic Network Technologies • Relevant Networking related certifications are desirable and will be considered a plus.
• Experience of managing the relation with Vendors and Subcontractors • Problem-solving attitude • Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements.
• Ability to cope with complex projects and tight deadlines • Self-motivated (takes initiative) • Build Trust.
