Job Overview.
This flexible position has two primary focuses.
- Entering and managing healthcare data with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Providing assistance and over-the-phone translation to current and prospective members, ensuring peace of mind in their daily lives.
Flexible Work Schedule.
- Cover holiday shifts (8 hours per shift) - Work during peak business hours (3 hours per shift) - 1-month advance scheduling for clear planning and work-life balance Key Responsibilities.
- Prepare, gather, and input data from online documents into our computer system - Verify document accuracy and make necessary corrections - Maintain records of activities and tasks - Transcribe information into electronic format as required - Safeguard sensitive customer and company information - Manage customer relations via phone and email - Provide assistance and support to members - Deliver general customer service Qualifications.
- Basic understanding of computer/cloud-based technology - Data management experience preferred - Healthcare experience is an advantage - Office experience preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Language Requirements.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential - Dutch language skills are a significant advantage What We Offer.
