YOUAt Wildbytes, we are looking for a Freelance Digital Project Manager / Creative Account Manager with solid experience in new technologies, digital project management, installations and/or customer relationship management, for our Madrid office. We are a hybrid agency and studio, and our projects blend creativity and technology: from technological applications with new technologies like augmented reality, audiovisual shoots, physical and digital events, marketing campaigns, metaverse and much more. The scope of our projects is expanding and we need to expand our management team to tackle the new challenges that arise.We are seeking someone who is extremely dynamic, with strong skills and a keen interest in technology, art, content and the latest technologies and above all, a drive to improve processes. Lastly, we are very perfectionistic, and in each project, we strive to improve upon the previous... and we hope to continue working this way.REQUIREMENTSSolid experience in physical and technical production with a strong technological focus: technology-driven events (with video projectors, screens, sensors, web streaming, etc.), digital marketing campaigns utilizing new technologies such as augmented reality or artificial intelligence.Experience in organizing production plans mixing different disciplines: art and creativity, software and technology, relationship with suppliers.Technical knowledge: video projectors, audiovisual signals, video and audio formats, wiring, basic understanding of networks and systems, streaming platforms, etc. You should be comfortable working with audiovisual technology.Experience in client liaison. Good writing skills, both in English and Spanish.Insatiable desire for self-improvement and teamwork.Attention to detail is very important to us. We are very thorough :) Creativity and quick problem-solving skills.Fluent spoken and written English (will be verified during the interview). We work internationally.You must be able to multitask, have high motivation, and be proactive in solving challenges in a complex project.Availability to travel.APPRECIATED SKILLSComfort with the use of production and project management platforms such as Asana, Dropbox, Drive.Knowledge of presentation software such as Keynote (Mac) and PPT (Windows).Basic knowledge in the use of Adobe packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).Being up-to-date and having an interest in the latest trends in the fields of marketing, art, and emerging technologies such as augmented reality, artificial intelligence, or the metaverse.
