FREELANCER TO LEAD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE DESK

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FREELANCER ROLE.We're looking for a dynamic, high energy profile to lead a Service desk/ticketing function within large IT project. You must be service-focussed, organised and able to manage and track the service of multiple providers across multiple countries. In addition to getting out in front of escalations by tracking the status of pending tickets, you will tracking SLA's and average resolution times, and interve to unblock any pending critical issues. The right candidate must have excellent stakeholder management skills and is expected to proactively propose and drive the implementation of improvements in the service. You need to know how to prioritize and focus on the important and critical issues and mobilize the necessary stakeholders.You should be an exceptional communicator and able to build strong relationships based on trust and professionalism.Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and have a high level of English
