Calling all Customer Service Representatives! Tasks
The responsibilities:
You will be working on a project where accuracy is an absolute must. You will deal with questions from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card details.
You will answer questions about for example:

Secure payment methods
Credit card balance
Help cardholders with any changes (e.g. Address change or limit change)
Explain and help with solutions for payment – refusals
Analyse possibly fraudulent transactions with cardholders

Requirements
Your profile:
On this project, you need to be able to maintain security procedures around sensitive data. Paid training will be provided.

What you need:

Native-level proficiency in French (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
Your communication skills should be on point for confidently interacting with customers.
You are a master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail is your thing, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications.
Flexibility is key! (Opening hours for this project are Monday to Saturday between 8pm to 8 am and Sunday 24h.)
