Also support the updating of DWIsProficient in using systems and toolsSOC Controls completed on time and with the necessary evidencesConduct Knowledge Transfer sessions related to Client/Country specific processes and ensure the audience has understood and can put into practiceAll system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidences so Application Services and/or Products can investigateHighlight to Service Manager any deviations from the standard scope of serviceAbility to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential informationSuccessful completion of all learning objectivesTime Recording to be completed accurately and on timeAlight Security Standards are adhered and followedContribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service ManagerEnsure you are up to date with all Strada HR announcements and communicationsBuild good relationships with all lines of businesses where appropriateUpdate internal stakeholders, when needed, in a timely and accurate wayParticipates in projects and activities as needed and assignedREQUIREMENTSGood knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointFlexibility to support a global and fast paced environmentAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal skillsAbility to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures1 year experience in Customer Care and/or HR AdministrationVery good knowledge and understanding of Strada and Client specific HR Admin/ Customer Care processesEssentialHigh School/University diploma or equivalentHRIS knowledgeHigh level of English spoken and written allowing every day work communication in this languageHigh level of French spoken and written allowing every day work communication in this languageBenefitsWe offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
