maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Front Office Manager is to supervise compliance with the procedures and standards of the reception area, bell boys and guest relations area to ensure the quality of service to the guest and the well-being of the collaborators.
As Front Office Manager Aruba, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Attend the General Management briefing to learn about the update of the daily operation.
-Read emails to follow up on requests from guests and the operation.
-Coordinate with Human Resources everything related to the Reception, Bell Boys and Guest Relations staff to keep the operation up to date.
-Support the Reception department to achieve the established hotel and departmental objectives.
-Delegate and follow up on department tasks to ensure they are met.
-Verify that the operational reports and operational tools are up to date to have updated information.
-Assign rooms to the reserved category and by the type of guest so that the Housekeeping and Maintenance department can follow up accordingly.
-Control the stock and expenses of stationery and supplies to optimize the resources assigned to the department.
-Control the folios of bracelets to avoid misuse.
-Ensure Reception procedures have been applied correctly.
-Control extra accounts and inactive accounts.
-Control cash flow and cash balance to avoid economic discrepancies.
-Check and deliver programmed chip bracelets to the butler for personalized check-in in superior rooms.
Operational.
-Supervise that the operational processes are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the manuals.
-Follow up on guest requests so that the customer is satisfied.
-Supervise that the activities of reception, bell boy and guest relations are being carried out properly.
-Receive and dismiss CR, VIP guests or guests who have had major incidents to ensure their satisfaction.
-Review and assign rooms to facilitate upselling to the team.
- Ensure that when checking in the team promotes the use of the APP, loyalty to the Horizons program and the Instay survey.
-Supervise that the material necessary to carry out group check-ins is ready in advance.
-Train and guide your staff Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Bachelors’ Degree Experience.
1 year experience in a similar position or 2 year experience as Assistant Front Office Manager Skills.
-Highly responsible & reliable -Able to motivate fellow team members -To be able to remain focused and be detailed in product delivery -Ability to maintain the Standards of the company and Department -Ability to think quickly and find solutions to issues faced daily -Detail oriented -Excellent Command of the English and Spanish Language- Additional language is an asset Se ofrece Our proposal for you.
