KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to.
• Manage and coordinate the FO department, implementing the NH service and quality standards.
• Identify and analyze FO operational challenges and facilitate the development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Supervise, coordinate and manage incidences related with the hotel, taking the necessary actions and decisions to solve them.
• Maximize room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Maintain and ensure communication and synergy between departments, analyze and prepare forecast reports, and ensure that all administrative, regulatory, tax and privacy requirements are met.
• Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local areas, and are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices.
• Conduct department meetings and continually communicate a clear and consistent message regarding the FO goals to produce desired results.
• Establish challenging and realistic goals to guide operation and performance of the direct team.
Requisitos EXPERIENCE At least 5 years of hotel Front Office Manager experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
QUALIFICATIONS • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in local language is a must and a high level of English is required.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc) and Front Office systems.
• Knowledge of the principles of revenue management and commercial policies.

This may include weekends and/or holidays.

• Will report to the General Manager and Operations Manager of the hotel.
