Moving forward we will start supporting special sustainability programs and perhaps you want to be part of that.Discover your new role As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, Social Media Specialist, you will drive relationships, and social media branding throughout stages of the recruiting lifecycle by developing the foundation of key stakeholders, executives, and decision makers. You enable quality marketing material and pipeline of candidates with collaboration of hiring managers. You ensure the relationship beyond the current owners, with a focus on business outcomes based on hiring needs and priorities.You've identified the business needs, and common practices to the consulting industry. Responsibilities Social Media Strategy Develop and implement a social media recruiting strategy to source and engage talent on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant channels.Create compelling job advertisements and content to promote the employer brand and job opportunities.Manage and grow the company’s presence on key social media platforms, ensuring active engagement with potential candidates.Candidate Sourcing Use social media tools to proactively source candidates by identifying and engaging with potential talent through targeted searches, groups, forums, and communities.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Utilize hashtags, keywords, and other SEO techniques to optimize job postings and increase visibility.Engagement & Networking Interact with potential candidates through social media comments, direct messages, and public posts, creating a personalized candidate experience.Network with industry professionals and participate in relevant online groups, forums, and discussions to build a strong talent pool.Organize and promote online recruitment events such as virtual career fairs and Q&A sessions.Employer Branding Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to create and promote employer branding content, such as employee testimonials, company culture posts, and behind-the-scenes videos.Monitor and enhance the company's employer reputation on social platforms by responding to comments and reviews and encouraging employee advocacy.Recruitment Marketing Analytics Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media recruitment, such as engagement rates, candidate conversion rates, and application numbers.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of social media recruiting efforts and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.Use data-driven insights to refine social media campaigns and optimize recruiting outcomes.Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team to understand hiring needs and develop tailored social media campaigns for specific roles in EMEAProvide regular updates and reports on social media recruiting performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.Compliance Ensure all social media recruiting activities comply with relevant data protection and labor laws.Follow company guidelines and best practices for online communication and candidate privacy. EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.Experience Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 2 years of social media recruiting experience.Experience using social media platforms for recruitment purposes (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, and content creation is a plus.Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of social media tools and analytics platforms.Ability to create engaging content and build relationships with candidates online.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
