You will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining our technical products, including AI-driven bots and custom tools built to meet client needs. Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to shape solutions, experiment with emerging technologies, and directly influence the trajectory of our product offerings.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Development: Build, test, and deploy full stack applications—ranging from web-based interfaces to AI-driven backend systems—primarily using Python and APIs.Integrate AI Solutions: Utilize AI frameworks, including Hugging Face models, to implement intelligent features within client-specific bots and internal tools.Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Product Manager to translate requirements into actionable development tasks and deliverables.Performance Optimization: Ensure tools, bots, and platforms are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. Continuously refine code and architecture based on user feedback.Independent Problem-Solving: Investigate issues, debug code, and find creative solutions autonomously, maintaining a high standard of code quality.Tooling and Automation: Leverage tools like Replit, Bolt, Zapier, and Make to streamline workflows and enhance product functionality.Documentation & Version Control: Maintain clear documentation and manage code repositories using GitHub, ensuring transparency and reusability across the team.Requirements:Technical Proficiency:Strong Python programming skills and proven experience with API integrations.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling.Experience working with databases, security best practices, and CI/CD workflows.Familiarity with integrating AI models, especially via Hugging Face or similar platforms.Front-End/Back-End Knowledge:Comfortable working with modern front-end and back-end frameworks or libraries.
