You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance applications in an agile environment, following best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud.🏢 The project mainly follows a hybrid work model, with office attendance in Barcelona every 15 days.🚀 Full English ProjectMust-Have Technical Skills:💼 Experience: 8+ years developing high-performance applications in international environments, ideally in large-scale projects for renowned companies.💻 Full Stack Development: Mastery in TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js on the backend, and React, Vue, or Angular on the frontend).🛠️ Additional Frameworks and Libraries: Advanced skills in NestJS or Express for Node.js on the backend and frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js for frontend performance optimization.🔄 Frontend State Management: Experience with Redux or Pinia for complex frontend applications.💾 Database & Caching: Extensive knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and caching tools like Redis for performance in data-heavy applications.🧪 Quality Control & Testing: Experience with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha, and expertise in TDD/BDD to ensure code quality and maintainability.🔧 Development Lifecycle & CI/CD: Skilled with continuous integration tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI for fast, error-free deployments.Nice-to-Have Skills (highly valued):⚙️ Microservices architecture and distributed systems design experience.📦 Docker and Kubernetes experience for scalable deployments and application containerization.☁️ Cloud experience.🎨 UI/UX design principles and component development tools like Storybook.🤝 Ability to lead agile process improvements (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborate within a high-performance team.Why Capitole?
