The range of Induct tools can be used for both organizations (@WORK) and individuals (@HOME) to find financing, acquire knowledge, collaborate, discuss topics, organize events, manage contracts, etc.Some of the products in the Induct platform are:Financing:grantway.com, a search platform that allows you to search grants worldwide including grants for companies and scholarships.Tilskuddsportalen.no, a grant portal for Norwegian municipalities and for volunteers in teams and organizations.Knowledge:Leita.ai, a search engine to find research articles and literature using advanced technology.Collaboration:Innovation Management, a tool to promote open innovation within a network of partners.Care pathway, a clinical tool used for assessing, triaging and directing the public to urgent and emergency care services.meet.induct.net, an unlimited and free full featured video meeting.chat.induct.net, an unlimited and free full featured chat platform.Position Overview:As a Full Stack Developer, you will be required to collaborate with the design, development, and maintenance of some of the Induct products and it is expected that in short you will take full development responsibilities of one of the tools.Your responsibilities will not be limited to:Develop and maintain high-quality web applications from concept to deployment.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the full stack.Work within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.What you'll need to succeedExperience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, Typescript and knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Experience in backend development of at least 2 of the following PHP, C#, Python or similar technologies.Hands on experience working with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Be used to work with Agile methodologies.Be fluent in English.What you'll get in returnWe offer competitive salaries.Enjoy the flexibility to work from home and in our sunny office space very close to Plaça Catalunya with 360 degree views of Barcelona.We prioritize work-life balance and offer flexible schedules with 23 days of paid holidays per year.Unlimited coffee and drinksWhat you need to do nowIf you’re interested in applying for this position, please email your updated CV to hr@induct.net
