Our core strength lies in our solutions that are designed to make financial processes easier, more efficient, and smarter.With a substantial client base of over 2,500 clients in more than 70 countries worldwide, we have earned the trust of a diverse global community that relies on our innovation.If you're curious to dive deeper and explore our work, we encourage you to take the next step and apply for a job with us!About the role: As a Fullstack ABAP Cloud Developer at Serrala, you will help design and build innovative SAP-based solutions that streamline payment and finance processes to improve cash visibility for our clients.You will collaborate closely with our product owners and development team, learning best practices while contributing to high-quality, customer-focused products.Your Day to Day: Requirements Analysis: Work with the product owner to understand project needs and clarify requirements, assisting in designing effective solutions.Solution Design: Participate in the technical design process, including creating basic documentation, evaluating impacts, and preparing initial prototypes.Code Development: Break down user stories into actionable tasks, write clear and efficient code, and ensure your work is well-documented.Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in agile practices, contribute to team meetings, and engage with cross-functional teams to support project goals.Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to learn from each other, participate in team initiatives, and provide support to other developers.What makes you excel in this position: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant hands-on experience.Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience with ABAP programming, particularly with ABAP-OO, and familiarity with OData or RESTful services.Experience with ABAP RAP (Restful Application Programming) is strongly preferred.SAP UI Development: Experience with SAPUI5 and FIORI Elements is required.Development Skills: A general understanding of software design principles, experience writing clean code, and familiarity with core SAP development concepts.Agile Mindset: Exposure to or experience working in an Agile environment is helpful.Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.Why us?
