We are looking for • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in account opening, fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration or a similar role for alternative funds.
More experience will be positively valued.
• Good knowledge of the Fund industry, Fund structures, regulations and market practices in Alternative Investments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactive, problem-solving and client-oriented attitude.
• Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
Fluent Spanish will be positively valued.

AllfundsAlternative Solutions is creating a new team that will centralize all theactivity related to this kind of asset.
Allfunds is looking for an AlternativeFunds Specialist to be part of the account opening team specialized in alternative funds You will be responsiblefor.
• Day to Day accounts opening request.
• Processing fund orders from clients without account and ensuring their timely and accurate execution.
• Act as a link between Client Services and Allfunds Alternative Solutions division to understand clients' needs for Alternative Investments.
• Participate in the design of new IT developments for Alternative Investments.
• Liaising with fund houses, distributors, custodians and other counterparties to resolve any issues or queries related to account opening or fund dealing.
• Monitoring fund prices, market movements, corporate actions and other relevant information.
• Maintaining and updating fund data and documentation in the internal systems, clients and platforms.
• Providing support and guidance to clients on the use of Allfunds' dealing services and tools.
• Collaborating with other teams within Allfunds to ensure a high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
