Native level of German (C1 level) and English (at least B1 or B2)
Commercial training or a comparable qualification in the field of human resources management
Several years of professional experience in the HR field
Good knowledge of labor and social security law
Friendly and service-oriented personality
Independent and structured way of working
Experience with HRIS system Workday desirable but not mandatory
Your Daily tasks:
Support and advice for employees and managers on all HR issues
Administrative HR tasks: Preparation of HR-related documents such as contracts, references, certificates, etc.
Preparatory payroll accounting and coordination of payroll accounting with an external service provider
Employee master data maintenance in our HRIS system workday
Further development and participation in HR processes and projects
Supporting the local recruiting process and helping to shape employer branding activities
Ensuring timely reporting for various interfaces within the company
Cooperation with the European HR team
