GERMAN SPEAKING SALES REPORTING SPECIALIST - SENIOR (TCV CONTROLLING)

You will be responsible for validating, approving and if necessary, correcting the Sales Opportunity value as won for calculation and Reporting data accuracy.
Your main accountability will include verifying the TCV (Total Contract Value) entered into Salesforce by the Sales Representative..
What you’ll do.
• Cooperating closely with the Sales Representatives within the Vodafone Germany Business organisation • Verifying the contract values entered by the Sales Representative and ensuring timely and accurate execution of TCV (Total Contract Value) validation and reporting tasks • In case of successful verification, providing approval in the Reporting system • In the event that an amendment of the TCV value is required, completing correction, providing input for reporting.
• Communicating with Sales Representative/Sales Manager and providing reasons for value correction • In case of inaccurate or incomplete documentation, rejecting these to the Sales Representative • Providing input in further data validation and reporting tasks requested by the Business • Close cooperation with Vodafone Business Germany Partners and Stakeholders, and with other internal similar Teams.
Senior responsibilities.
- Escalation management, close cooperation with Partner Department (Vodafone Business Germany Planning and Performance Management) - Subject matter Expertise, Implementation of new products, new objectives into the Process and into the Regulation - Liase with other departments in line with our Partners to understand and implement changes into existing process.
- Additional ownership in Training New Colleagues to the Team.
Adding input and following through Training Plan, to successfully integrate New Colleagues to a positive Team environment and closely work together with Line Manager..
What you will bring to the team.
• Strong independence and proactive approach, ability to closely cooperate with Partners and Line Manager • Ability to understand Team objectives and ability to successfully adapt Subject Matter Expertise to the Team.
• 5+ years work experience gained in a multinational environment, preferably experience from within the TCV-Controlling Team.
• Experience working in the field of Sales / Sales Support / Commercial Support is a huge advantage • Strong Excel knowledge skills • Background in using CRM systems is an advantage • Strong Fluency in German and intermediate English knowledge • Excellent communication skills, strong objection handling • Analytical mindset with awareness for potential risks In return we provide you with.
