THE COMPANY Our client is a world leader in meat casings with distribution in over 100 countries around the world. They have a centre of excellence for collagen products where they produce and process collagen, achieving as a final product a hydrolysed bovine collagen which they market for a wide variety of applications, such as nutraceuticals, nutricosmetics or food supplements. PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE Within the organisation, with the aim of boosting its growth, they are looking for a Sales Leader to strategically lead the commercial growth of the company, identifying opportunities, establishing relationships and optimising processes to achieve revenue and expansion objectives. They are looking for an agile, practical and innovative professional, with a strategic focus, basing decision making on quantitative and/or qualitative data with high analytical criteria, as well as influencing the development of responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives. • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, either through expansion of existing products or services or exploration of new markets.Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers and key business partners.Supervise and coach sales teams to ensure maximum performance and alignment with company objectives.Analyse sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as needed.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development and operations, to ensure effective execution of business strategies.Keep abreast of market trends, competition and emerging opportunities to maintain the company's relevance and competitiveness in its industry. JOB REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in related areas such as Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.Willingness to travel according to business needs.Proven previous experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and business leaders.Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies, adapting to market and business needs
