Global IT Change Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as IT Change Manager.
In this dynamic operational role, you will be responsible for the assessment, coordination and approval of all IT Changes for global shared services and applications provided by Allianz Technology to the Allianz Group, ensuring IT stability and operational excellence.
The IT Change Manager reports to the Team Lead of Global Change & Release Management in the department IT Services and Process Operations.

What will make you succeed in this position? • At least 5 years of practical IT experience in IT enterprise operations, preferably within a large and complex IT environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of day to day experience in ITIL process flows (change, problem and incident management).
• ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher) • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to senior leadership • Ability to understand complex facts and to summarize them in a professional manner in English.
• Ability to lead international calls and drive for results.
• Reliability, responsibility, commitment, and strong ownership for the quality of the service.
• Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Customer focused, self-organized, self-reliant and responsible person and presence.
• Advanced MS Office skills (mainly Excel & Powerpoint) Your mission in the role will be.
• IT Change coordination, assessment and approval for changes with various types and classifications • Pro-active change analysis to ensure IT stability and to prevent incidents • Moderation and documentation of international meetings (e.
