Guided by their Destination 2027 strategy and boosted by their recent combination with travel F&B giant Autogrill, the company is well positioned to realize their ambition to create a Travel Experience Revolution through their many locations at airports, motorways, cruise lines, seaports and railway stations amongst others.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe Global IT ERP SuccessFactors Consultant will provide expert support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring optimal system performance, while leading international implementation projects for successful global deployment. The role involves contributing to system architecture design, collaborating with team members, and managing incidents to ensure timely resolutions and minimal business disruptions. This position will be based in Madrid, and will report directly to the Global IT ERP Human Capital Management Architect.RESPONSIBILITIESSap SuccessFactors Support and ImplementationProvides expert support for SAP SuccessFactors Leads Global implementation projectsConfigures modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation, and Recruitment Ensures smooth system operations and successful deployment across various locationsSystem Design and Incident ManagementParticipates in the system architecture design conceptualization and implementationAnalyzes and manages incidentsMonitors system performance to recommend improvementsEnsures timely resolution of issues to minimize disruptions and enhance efficiencyCollaboration and Project ManagementCollaborates with the global business leaders and HR teams to translate needs into system requirementsDevelops project plans, maintains documentations, and stays updated on SAP SuccessFactors trends to drive innovationWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Having a Bachelor’s degree, and relevant education formation (i.e., SAP modules certifications, etc.)Must have at least 3-5 years implementations or customer support experience of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Must have substantial knowledge in of SAP SuccessFactors modules, i.e., SAP SF EC, RCM/RMK, ONB, P&G, COMP, SAP IAS/IPS, SAP CPI, and People AnalyticsMust have PMO capabilitiesMust have strong communication skills with fluency in English, any other language would be an advantage, especially SpanishMust be agile, assertive, proactive, and resilient, with excellent analytical skillsMust be enthusiastic, initiative and open-minded personality, reliable and self-driven with can-do attitudeMust have the ability to work flexibly and autonomously
