Barcelona   The role Under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and Head of Office of the CIO, Head of Stream/Head of Platforms based in Switzerland, the IT Program Manager manages a program as profiled above to ensure it delivers expected Business case to the Business partner, on time, on budget, on scope and on quality that may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery and change management (agile program management).
Adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies, S/He is responsible to structure the program, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control and close it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise.
Takes accountability for execution of projects part execution.
As part of this, is responsible to manage program level risks, quality and procurement; leads the program team and is the person that program level resources report directly to for the execution of the program tasks they are allocated.
This includes project managers of projects which are part of the program and applies across Zones/Businesses.
Position holder spends a considerable amount of his/her time at the Program's main locations   What you’ll do.

Set up governance, approve suppliers, create plans.

Manage interdependencies, monitor projects, assess risks.

Managing cultural diversity.

Experience in managing change/transitions.
