  Global Procurement Category Lead Packaging Aluminum     Looking for a thrilling opportunity to launch your career in the fast-paced world of global procurement and supplier management? Then look no further! We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Procurement Category Manager with a focus on aluminum derived products in flexible pharmaceutical Packaging, responsible for driving sustainability, innovation and efficiency in the Consumer Health and Pharma divisions.
  As our Category Lead, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services, all while keeping costs competitive.
You'll take the lead in selecting and managing our suppliers, building strong relationships with key decision makers within the company, and identifying new opportunities for value creation.
In short, you'll be an integral part of shaping the future of packaging at Bayer.

 Global   Key Tasks.
  You will develop and implement a category strategy that generates significant business value for our organization From analyzing market trends to identifying potential suppliers, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to gain a competitive advantage and make better business decisions.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring that our procurement processes and systems are aligned with our overall strategy, while developing innovative pricing models to keep costs down.
You'll serve as the central point of contact for all procurement-related issues and work closely with key business partners to define joint target agreements and procurement projects You will build strong relationships with our partners and identifying new opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
You will be planning and conducting sourcing events or negotiating with suppliers to secure the best results for our company   Key Working Relation.
