GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECT MANAGER

It will involve creating globally recognized standards and governance accommodating the nuances in our different initiative types, regions and engineering functions. Additionally, it will involve laying the foundation and preparing the organisation for the emerging change. The person will also be responsible for program management of all global development project and roll outs of the technology required to enable the effective operation of our supply chain service centre network.** YOUR GOALS ** 🎯Programme management & Governance Establish and lead an effective programme management structure for Supply Chain Engineering:Identifying and managing dependencies, risks and issues and driving corrective actionsResponsibility for programme key decision log.Programme CapabilitySupport the development of effective programme governance, implement standardized tools, methodologies, and processes to enforce best practices, maintain compliance, provide actionable reporting, and ensure clear decision making.Lead programme reporting capabilities tracking overall performance, risk/issue management and benefits realization.Change Management Support to introduce and embed change management principles into ways of working for strategic projects working with the dedicated change manager.Bring impacted stakeholders on the change journey with regular touch points to ensure the well-executed initiative that delivers the desired business outcomes.** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**🔎 Experience working on large-scale, complex, global change/transformation programmes, in either or PMO capacity, People management experienceOperating in a matrixExperience across different types of programmes (eg, organization design, IT systems, business change) and different modes of delivery (agile, waterfall, hybrid) is desirableExperience of building capability in project and programme management and in demonstrating the value of effective programme management to the organisationStrong networking and relationship building skillsExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills, experience presenting to senior management teams** WHAT WE OFFER ** 💙 🔹 Attractive salary plus annual bonus based on Performance,🔹Lunch Voucher and support to Transport Subsidy,🔹 Monthly Webinars around Technology, Supply Chain, Mental health, etc.🔹 Flexible Working - 2-3 days of hybrid model,🔹 Get a referral bonus sharing the best Talent around you,🔹 A personal growth plan with a focus on training and coaching, a place for you within an international organization where there is a family business atmosphere
