It’s why recruiting well is so strategic for us.The Opportunity We need an International Senior Talent Acquisition - Team Leader to help us grow and lead our internal recruitment team in our Barcelona office.Key things you will be doing You will be responsible for :- Recruiting for senior & strategic position (senior recruiters, managers, directors, ect) in US and all over Europe (Spain, France, Germany …)- Guiding and leading our current Talent Acquisition Team of 4 recruiters- Managing and optimizing our recruitment business processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and best practices.- Being the recruitment referral for all our Business Partners in their recruitment needs for all our offices in US and Europe- Helping to create new offices by finding the new director- Onboarding- Training the TA team- Reporting to Kube directors- Working on continuous hiring and project hiringTo join the team? Senior Recruitment skills :- International experience is a must- Strong Recruitment skills (experience in recruiting senior profiles, Managing a recruitment campaign …)- Force of proposal (looking outside of the box)- Resilience- Ability to build a good network of candidate on a long term basisManagement skills :- Experience in management- Helping the team to grow and develop their recruitment skills- KPIs oriented- Long term vision- Teaching skills, pedagogical- Excellent communication skillsTechnical skills: - Boolean search Master- Work on automation with our BPM team to be efficient in sourcing (walaxy tool)- Ability to use AI to create advert outside of the box- Using our ATS configuration to its full potentialLanguages skills :- English & french perfectly spoken. Good spanish.
