GLOBAL TRAINING MANAGER

We are a multinational consulting firm focused on providing recruitment and talent management services. We work with the most important companies in the fashion & retail sector around the world. One of our main clients, a leading company in the fashion industry is currently looking for a Global Training Manager to lead the company's training strategy.The position would be located within the HR department and would report directly to the company's CHRO. The position will be located in Madrid where are located the HQs but the person will have to be available to travel around the world.Main responsibilitiesLead the company training strategy and ensure the achievement of all departmental goals.Lead the global training team to ensure productivity and performance.Management of the company's training budget and ensuring its profitability in all areas of the company.Design and execute training actions that have a direct impact on the development and professional growth of all employees (in stores and HQs).Visit and work with the teams in the stores to manage and supervise all the training actions that are being carried out in the field, as well as to guide and recommend to managers and teams the most effective aspects and ways of working.To offer teams attractive training solutions adapted to their needs, in addition to seeking and negotiating with suppliers for the contracting and implementation of courses, tools and any type of training solution.Manage and ensure the correct onboarding of employees in order to provide and offer the best possible welcome and welcome to all new recruits to the company.Reporting of results and achievement of departmental KPI's and goalsCollaboration and management of other HR departmental projects (employer branding, development, recruitment, etc.).RequirementsExperience as Global Training Manager in fashion & retail & luxury companies.Knowledge of training tools and providersExperience working with FUNDAEExperience in team building in sales and team management skillsExperience leading peopleProfessional EnglishAvailability to travelIf you are interested in the offer, register and we will evaluate your application.
