ech in Power Electronics/Electronics/Communication/Electrical Experience.
4 to 8 years Major Job Responsibilities.
Design & Development of ECU for LV controller.
Specify and analyze hardware requirements and interfaces for Automotive ECU's in drive train, Engine control & transmission control areas.
Establish bidirectional traceability, consistency check, review and baseline of the hardware requirements.
Development of hardware architecture & hardware-software interfaces.
Prepare hardware design document with good understanding of schematic.
Understanding & support on Design FMEA, FMEDA & FTA analysis.
Define hardware design verification strategy and perform hardware functional testing.
Perform Hardware troubleshooting & test report preparation Manage hardware development and hardware test tasks.
Support Functional Safety & Cyber Security Engineer to specify the Requirements.
Major Job Qualifications Experience.
Design experience of ECU's for low voltage controllers.
Experience in Analog, Digital & Power Electronics based circuit design & development for Automotive ECU’s.
Experience in embedded microcontroller architecture Knowledge of SoC architecture Experience in Serial Communication architecture Knowledge of SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN communication protocol and communication bus architecture.
Design of ECU’s for cost optimization.
Knowledge in ISO – Part -4 (System level) & Hardware Functional Safety Analysis (ISO – Part – 5).
Experience in hardware requirements elicitation and validating it.
Good knowledge of requirement management tool (preferably Poalrion).
