What will you be responsible for?..
Oversee all activities in the kitchen, from food preparation to plate presentation..
Create new dishes and develop menus that cater to customer preferences and the restaurant's vision..
Control kitchen food and supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients..
Ensure all food safety standards and hygiene regulations are met in the kitchen...
What are we looking for?..
Education in hospitality..
Minimum experience of 2 years in the position..
Specific knowledge in gastronomy..
High English level and a second language is valuable...
