Our mission is to provide physicians and health care professionals with cutting-edge products and technologies that can help them to deliver aesthetic solutions to improve every patient's skin.JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for a Global Head of Accounting to lead our accounting team. The position reports directly to the CFO and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all accounting operations globally, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, as well as delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management. We need a highly proactive individual who brings innovation and experience in multinational companies, and who is ready to drive the implementation of new tools and technologies to optimize accounting processes and improve the efficiency of the team.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIESKey Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the global accounting team.- Ensure the correct consolidation of accounts and monthly closings.- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.- Lead the preparation of financial statements and accounting reports.- Manage the relationship with external auditors and tax advisors.- Develop, implement and optimize internal processes through the use of new technological tools.- Work closely with the CFO to provide accounting analysis to support strategic decision making.IDEAL BACKGROUNDEducation (desirable): - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar. MBA or Master's degree in Finance.Experience:- At least 7 years of experience in accounting, of which at least 3 in a supervisory role in multinational companies. Previous experience in auditing is a plus.- Experience in the implementation of new tools and automation of financial processes.- Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.- Previous experience working with SAP is a requirement.- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with different departments.Languages: Spanish & English fluently, verbally and in writing.
