Job Title: Head of Amazon Built by a team of experts, Trivium is passionate about helping people scale and grow their businesses. Using our established analytical systems and a customized strategy for digital marketing and PPC management, our goal is to generate successful outcomes for brands on Amazon.First and foremost, you’ll be an exceptional team leader, rapport builder and mentor to the exceptional group of PPC Strategists and POD Leaders we currently have on our team. Naturally, this will also require high level time management, prioritization and organization skills.You will be a high-level strategic problem solver that lives and breathes Amazon marketing strategy, is able to identify bottlenecks in campaigns/accounts, troubleshoot and execute solutions that drive results for our team to hit KPIs.You’ll have a strong track record of proven results and experience in profitably managing $100k+/month ad spend budgets, naturally coupled with a solid data-driven decision making mindset.You’ll be an open communicator. You will be highly resourceful, organized and adaptable - there will be fires to put out and changes to make every day and you need to be on top of your game at all times.RESPONSIBILITIES Managing, supporting and mentoring our PPC Team (and support team members) maintain an elite level of both performance and team happiness.Building strong relationships with key clients. Relationships are everything in this game!Manage work loads of all team members and keep team accountableTrack team performance, KPIs and ensures OKRs are being metIdentify bottlenecks and come up with solutions and systems to allow growth and efficiencyUnderstand accountability and react with solution based actionsIncreasing overall client LTV through high customer satisfaction, strong retention rates and service cross-selling.Help manage all aspects of the PPC Division including hiring, developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), building organizational structures, overseeing projects beyond traditional advertising (such as LTV and customer journey), building and overseeing a team and onboarding new clientsHandle and manage relationships with Amazon and our software providers ensuring we are getting everything we needProvide expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing servicesMonitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordinglyConduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure campaign effectivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impactCommunicate openly with Directors, VPs and C-suite regarding strategies, goals and KPIs of divisionContinuously explore new PPC tactics and strategies to drive growth and stay ahead of the competitionREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's DegreeExperience of managing a team of at least 20 peopleProven track record of managing and growing an advertising team minimum 2 yearsExperience in working with Google/ Facebook/ Amazon adsHighly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developmentsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teamsResourceful, strong elite communication skillsHigh attention to details and documentationKnowledge of English: C1COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salarySemi flexible working hours Remote work year-round  25 PTOs per year9 National Holidays Professional trainingContinuous growthThis will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire.Working hours: 6am-11am PST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls.
