Job Title: Head of content strategyLocation:Barcelona Spain / RemoteJob Summary:As the Head of Content strategy, you will have full ownership of our brand voice and content strategy. You will be responsible for both UX writing and marketing content strategy, because we believe that Brian Chesky (Co-founder AirBnB) might have a point. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ef0juAMqoE) You will be overseeing everything from high-level planning and strategy to the nuanced details of content creation. You will collaborate closely with our Product Lead and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Selling and Lead Generation Copywriting Skills:Proven Ability in B2B Lead Funnel Creation: Expertise in crafting compelling copy across the entire B2B lead generation funnel, including landing pages, email sequences, and nurturing campaigns that convert leads into customers.Sales Materials and Positioning: Experience writing persuasive and targeted copy for sales materials, including brochures, one-pagers, and sales decks, that effectively communicate the value proposition and drive action.Direct Response and Ad Copy: Skilled in creating engaging direct response pages, PR releases, and ad copy that generates immediate engagement and leads.Messaging Alignment with Sales: Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure that copy and positioning align with sales strategies and resonate with target audiencesLead Content Strategy:Oversee the creation of a content roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs.Manage all aspects of content creation, including blogs, social media, website copy, and promotional materials.UX Writing:Collaborate with the product team to create intuitive and user-friendly copy within our products.Ensure that UX writing enhances user experience and drives engagement.Marketing Content:Develop marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.Collaboration and Leadership:Work closely with the Product Lead and CRO to align content initiatives with product development and revenue goals.Mentor and potentially build a team of content creators and UX writers as we grow.Stay Updated on Industry Trends:Keep abreast of the latest trends in content strategy, UX writing, and brand development.Implement best practices to keep our brand and content fresh and competitive.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or brand messaging.Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.Skills:Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and nuance.Proficient in both UX writing and marketing content creation.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.Attributes:Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.Self-motivated and able to thrive in a startup environment.Passionate about storytelling and creating meaningful user experiences.You are a ¨I´ll Figure it out¨ type of person.What We Offer:Full Ownership: A unique opportunity to take full ownership of the brand and content strategy function.Collaborative Environment: Work alongside passionate professionals, including the Product Lead and CRO.Growth Potential: Be a future leader in what we believe is a core component of our organization.Dynamic Startup Culture: Join a rapidly growing team where your contributions make a real impact.How to Apply:If you're excited about shaping the brand and content strategy of a growing startup, we'd love to hear from you.
