Se dedican a proporcionar soluciones innovadoras en el sector industrial y manufacturero.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? El perfil seleccionado desarrollará las siguientes funciones.
Participar de la estrategia de la empresa junto con el CEO.
Participar en los comités de dirección / comités de empresa.
Vigilar las normas de Compliance internas/externas/grupo.
Desarrollo, gestión y seguimiento de.
reportings (mensuales, trimestrales, anuales), budgets, BCF de la compañía, otras peticiones, etc.
Supervisión departamento administración.
cierres mensuales, trato en el plano administrativo con proveedores, etc.
Analizar desviaciones entre BG y real en gastos / ingresos.
Trato con abogados / asesores laborales, fiscales, etc.
Auditorias financieras.
Auditorias de certificaciones (ISOs / UNEs).
Participar y coordinar la parte financiera de los distintos proyectos transversales entre diferentes departamentos corporativos.
RRHH Control de nóminas - apoyo en asesoría laboral.
Preparación acuerdos de empresa.
Preparación de información a gerencia.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? El perfil seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos.
Grado en Finanzas, Contabilidad o campo relacionado.
Experiencia previa en un puesto similar.
Conocimiento de las normativas fiscales y contables.
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y tomar decisiones con criterio.
Nivel alto de inglés.
Valorable nivel de alemán.
Conocimientos en SAP.
Disponer de vehículo propio.
