We’re a team of over 350 people across 5 countries (Spain, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Chile) delivering expert knowledge, passion and commitment to support our clients in the achievement of a more sustainable world.The role: Reporting to the CSO, and as commercial director your main responsibility is to lead the sales department of the companyYour key responsibilities:Leading our sales team across the globe, managing their performance and achievement of objectives.Define sales objectives, which must be real, specific, measurable and revisable when necessary.Supporting designing the commercial strategy at global level with the CRO, in line with revenue growth and company objectives, including the development of new markets.Leading the relationship with the Product Team, understanding the roadmap and development of our products as well as communicating the client’s requirements.Analyze the market, studying every day its possible variations and competition, identifying opportunities and possible threats.Proposing and supporting strategic alliances with other companies or organizations to help meet objectives.Coordinate with other departments within the organization such as Marketing, Customer Success, Proposals, etc.Your skills and experience:Strong experience in sales with a proven track record in delivering growth and revenue.Must have at least 5 years of experience leading sales teams in the renewable energy industry.Ideally, you will also have experience selling SaaS products within the sector.Experience in opening new customers and markets at a global level.High level of English.
