QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO Como MarkitWire Business Analyst tu objetivo será analizar las necesidades de las distintas geografías/areas y elaborar planes de actuación para, de esta manera, dar respuesta a dichas necesidades.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos.
· Ser referente, dentro de la división, del aplicativo de confirmación de ordenes MarkitWire.
· Proporcionar valor y experiencia en proyectos e iniciativas para las distintas áreas.
· Establecer los workflows necesarios para adecuar el flujo operativo a las necesidades expresadas por las geografías.
Diseño del proceso, realización de pruebas al respecto y verificación de las mismas.
· Establecer contacto con el proveedor y las cámaras de compensación de las cuales MarkitWire es el principal middleware.
· Analizar los requerimientos de carácter regulatorio que puedan impactar a la plataforma.
Adaptar los workflows a los mismos.
· Ofrecer soporte a los flujos productivos.
Resolución de incidencias (real-time).
· Entender/dinamizar los requerimientos funcionales/técnicos de los procesos de las diferentes áreas.
· Gestionar y supervisar equipo.
EXPERIENCIA & EDUCACIÓN · Formación universitaria en Economía, ADE o Empresariales.
· Experiencia mínima de 10 años en el manejo y conocimiento del aplicativo MarkitWire.
· Conocimiento técnico/funcional de los mercados financieros.
· Experiencia en sistemas de trading y sistemas de liquidación de operativa (cámaras de compensación).
· Experiencia en liderar/gestionar equipos.
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS · Amplio conocimiento de la plataforma de confirmación MarkitWire.
· Conocimiento de plataforma Murex.
· Conocimiento demostrable en operativa de mercado.
Rates, Equity, Renta Fija, Repo.
· Conocimiento técnico (XML’s, SQL).
· Capacidad organizativa y para la toma de decisiones.
· Capacidad para gestionar equipo de carácter mixto (técnico/funcional).
· Nivel alto de Ingles.
