This entity (600 people) reports directly to the leadership.Currently, the company is a global leader in digital solutions for water management (revenue > €150 million), with an international presence and over 15 years of experience in the field. In the Waste sector, the group’s offering is less developed, but the potential is significant.In an increasingly competitive context, this entity has strong ambitions: to establish the group’s global leadership in the water sector and accelerate growth in the waste sector, aiming to double digital activity revenue by 2027.Digital SolutionsThis area is organized around three solution lines responsible for product development and an operations division tasked with deploying and managing client projects in various regions:Smart Metering & Smart Cities (> 6 million connected meters deployed worldwide).Water Operations & Assets Solutions (software solutions for comprehensive water cycle management, > 1500 platforms deployed).Waste Solutions & Customer Portals (digital solutions to optimize waste management).The operations division consists of a central team based primarily in France and departments located in strategic countries. In locations where only the digital entity is present, the operations department is composed of specialized salespeople, back-office teams, and project teams.Missions and ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Factory for Bids & Project Delivery will play a crucial role in structuring responses to tenders, especially internationally, and optimizing processes throughout the commercial project lifecycle.Reports to: Director of OperationsTeam: 2 to 3 people supporting tender responses.Responsibilities:Structuring Tender Responses:Develop and implement tools, methods, and processes for efficient offer preparation, optimizing techno-economic estimation.Design a modular approach to standardize tender responses while allowing customization for specific client and market needs.Responses to Complex Tenders:Support local teams by providing expertise in tender responses.In areas without a local entity, the central team leads the client response.Improvement of Project Lifecycle Processes:Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement across the project lifecycle.Define key performance indicators for project management and establish a performance monitoring dashboard.Propose and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in structuring tender responses, including the creation of economic estimation tools.Strong understanding of international markets, standards, and best practices in tender responses.Skills in process analysis and continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills in both French and English.Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of prioritizing and mobilizing teams.Degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent.Strong financial skills and interest in technical subjects.What we offer:Type of contract: PermanentWorkplace: Bilbao officeConditions: HybridAvailability to travel (less than 10% per year)Start date: As soon as possible
