Currently Ericsson has a successful mobility function that is focused on supporting both long- and short-term assignments.
However, the demands placed on mobility functions are changing and the definition of mobility has broadened in recent years to often cover more than just the traditional assignment types.
In addition, the evolution of technology and the increased acceptance of remote working has dramatically increased the requirement for mobility functions to support cross-border working, international remote work, commuters, and global talent sourcing.
The need to understand and leverage technology to ensure efficient operations is ever growing in the mobility space.
At Ericsson we are now looking for a Head of Mobility to help the organisation meet these demands, whilst ensuring the end to end experience of mobility within Ericsson.
What you will do.
Optimizing current polices with a focus on employee experience.
Consider an increased scope for the mobility function beyond the traditional LTA and STA assignments, including international remote work, commuter, and complex global recruiting scenarios.
Technological development to make sure that the digital infrastructure is in place to support an efficient and compliant approach to mobility.
Build a stronger connection to talent attraction and talent management so that the mobility function supports in exploring viable ways to expand the talent pool by opening new talent sources through mobility and remote working.
Participate in wider Total Rewards community and People Function projects and initiatives.
Proactively participate in the evolution of Total Rewards function as a member of the TR Leadership team! The skills you bring.
Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required.
A Masters of Business degree is preferred Knowledge of traditional global mobility Understanding of cross border mobility issues and compliance challenges Ability to leverage metrics and analytics Experience in HR Process and technology Ability to lead and empower successful teams Knowledge and understanding of market trends and confirmed practices A global mentality and ability to make things happen in a matrixed organization Project management and financial acumen skills Presenting and communicating skills Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

We target 60% attendance at office.
We provide flexible working at Ericsson and our preference for a role that involves partnership, collaboration and design is that productive conversations happen in the office.
Therefore, we ask teams to be present at least three days a week.
