HEAD OF INSURANCE

We are making significant strategic investments that will not only decrease our own environmental footprint, but also help customers adapt to long-term environmental and social change through the development of cleaner, greener solutions.The head of Insurance is responsible for the management of all risk and insurance requirements for Arxada, Troy and Enviro Tech, including placement of all corporate insurance programs (local and international). Providing advice and guidance on insurance provisions in contracts & procuring new covers or extensions where required to protect the company, issuing insurance documents (i.e. insurance certificates) and verifying insurance coverages of third parties. Providing advice and support to HR on RFPs, employee benefits etc. Managing all claimsEnsure optimal corporate insurance placement, negotiation and renewalsEvaluate and implement adequate covers for all risk areasManage insurance queries and questions from the various business unitsConduct Claims ManagementPrepare Audits & Reviews + Site AuditManage Insurance-related projectsSupport the business on contractual negotiations with customers and suppliersConduct benchmarking analysisRequirements:Experience in insurance management and negotiations with various stakeholdersAbility to think and act strategicallyStrong communication and collaboration skillsArxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
