For more information, please visit www.auto1-group.com.Your contribution to AUTO1 Group:As Head of Logistics, you will lead, manage and scale our Logistics area in Spain and Portugal, ensuring the best performance and experience for our internal and external stakeholders.Manage, coach and develop a high performing team of +10 logistics specialists.Design and constantly improve procedures, training and onboarding materials to ensure high performance and productivity across the department.Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.Select carriers for transportation and negotiate fees and contracts with carriers, focus on optimizing and improving the logistics area profitability.Monitor and manage the department OPEX.Direct report to the Director of Logistics Iberia.What you should bring:Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.Experience in leading high performing teams.Strong problem-solving, operational and strategic thinking skills.Strong work ethics.
