We’re looking for RavenPack is seeking a senior engineering manager to build and lead a team of React Native Developers.
As a Mobile Development Manager, you will be responsible for the standards and processes needed to bring high-quality, native applications to market.
Your primary role will be to deliver a professional, user-friendly app for Android and iOS that provides a seamless and engaging experience for our users.
The next RavenPacker will have Experience hiring and managing a team of top front-end developers using React Native.
Experience delivering apps on both iOS and Android, including experience managing the various app store policies.
Enjoy collaborating with designers and backend developers to realize compelling user experiences.
Technical expertise to guide the team through bugs and issues as they arise, contributing to the overall reliability of the application.
The ability to set standards and evaluate clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Nice to Have Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, Next.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright.
Experience with the AWS ecosystem.
Experience with libraries and tools such as MUI, Tanstack, NX & Vite.
Experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
