You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, from manufacturing and supply chain management to quality control and continuous improvement.
This is a critical role that will play a key part in our continued success in the Indian market.
Responsibilities.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian regulations and safety standards.
· Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
· Ensure excellence in quality and competitiveness in daily operations · Manage and develop the talent within the operations team, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
· Work collaboratively with the broader leadership team at the Indian subsidiary and global headquarters.
· Oversee the supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government officials.
Qualifications.
-Strong problem-solving approach.
-Proven leadership skills.
Able to nurture and develop teams.
-Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving results.
-Desirable 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within industrial operations.
-Strong in business understanding, P&L, and general financial acumen.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
-Experience in managing a large and diverse workforce in a cross-cultural environment.
-Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Hindi or Spanish is highly desirable.
