The Head of People & Culture will drive all people-related strategies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities.
People Strategy.
Lead and execute people strategies to support business growth and innovation.
Talent Acquisition.
Build and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent in energy, engineering, and technology fields.
Organizational Development.
Optimize the organizational structure and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Drive change management as we expand.
Culture & Engagement.
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure a positive employee experience across all locations.
Leadership Development.
Implement leadership development programs to grow internal talent and build a strong succession pipeline.
Diversity & Inclusion.
Champion DEI initiatives and ensure diverse hiring practices.
Monitor/a and report progress on diversity goals.
HR Operations.
Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and efficiency in processes like payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Requisitos Experience.
8+ years in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within the renewable energy or similar industries.
Skills.
Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and leading cultural transformations.
Knowledge.
In-depth understanding of Spanish labor laws and HR best practices.
Leadership.
Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive change.
